Hi, Uzma Ansari here! I have provided my entire journey of a successful kidney transplant. This journey has not only transformed my life but also strengthened my determination to help others who are facing similar challenges. Through my personal experience, I want to offer encouragement and ways to improve your health, especially for those living with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).The transplant itself was a turning point in my life, but it didn’t mark the end of my journey. It was just the beginning of a new chapter that required even more commitment to self-care.

Typically, every person has two kidneys, but some individuals are born with only one kidney. In both case, people can lead a normal life. Kidneys are main organs in the human body. They filter blood, remove waste products, regulate blood pressure, produce hormones essential for proper bodily functions, create an active form of vitamin D that promotes strong and healthy bones, and produce urine.

This type of kidney failure occurs suddenly and can be reversible. It can be caused by a number of things, illness, drugs, dehydration, or blocked ureters.
1- High blood pressure.
2- Swelling in legs, feet.
3- Weakness.
4- Abnormal urination.
It can be recovered by medicine. Visit the nearest Nephrology department.
Stages Of Kidney Failure. In the earlier stages of CKD, there are often no signs. Symptoms usually appear in the later stages. This type of kidney failure develops slowly over at least three months and can lead to permanent kidney failure. It can be caused by a number of things, including diabetes, high blood pressure, or stones in the kidney.
1- High blood pressure.
2- Swelling in face, feet.
3- Weakness.
4- Trouble sleeping.
5- Shortness of breath.
6- Abnormal urination.
7- Vomiting.
8- Pain in legs & shoulder.
9- Lack of appetite(hunger).
10- Small size of kidneys.
If Kidney became small in size.It cannot be recovered. Need dialysis (blood filtration process) or a kidney transplant to survive.
SURGERY1- High blood pressure.
2- Urinating more or less.
3- Vomiting.
4- Anorexia (Not able to eat anything).
5- Swelling (Either occurs or not).
6- High weight loss.
7- Weakness.

To check kidney function, we need to do a blood test (KFT - Kidney Function Test) to check creatinine level, serum urea, and a basic urine test to check protien output. Then ultrasound of the kidney to check size of the kidneys.
Creatinine level - Blood test (KFT)
Liver test - SGPT & SGOT
Blood count - CBC
Glucose - CBC
Urine infection - Urine culture
Urine problem - Urine r/m
Kidney size - Ultrasound.
Have patience. You have to understand that there is no possible way to recover your kidney. Do not waste your body, time, or money in Ayurveda or Homeopathic treatments.
Accept it and go for the possible treatments to survive.
We have two options:
1- From Thigh (leg) (For a single day)
2- From Neck (1 month)
3- From Chest (6 months)
4- From Hand Fistula (Permanent).
Kidney transplant is a better option than living on dialysis.
We can live a very normal life as before.
1- Donor available
2- A matched blood group donor is better; else, Plasma therapy exists for non-blood group match donor & recipient.
3- Have some financial support.
If reports are negative for Chronic Kidney Disease and doctors confirm it's acute kidney failure and can be reversible, then no need to worry.
1- Take medicine on time
2- Maintain physical activity
3- Maintain a healthy diet
4- Drink boiled water
Do not go for Ayurveda or Homeopathic treatment if doctors confirm that you have CKD.
Ayurveda & Homeopathy may tell you that you will recover with their medicine, but this is totally a waste of your body, time, and money.
In my case, they told me they had a guarantee to recover me.
They can harm you for their benefit, and this does not matter to them.
At last, my weight went down to 30 kg, I had only 5 units of blood in my body, and my lungs filled with water. I could not breathe and became seriously ill. I admitted in hospital on 16th Sep 2023.
My first dialysis occurred there.
After dialysis, I felt good because 4 liters of water were extracted from my lungs, and I was able to breathe.
I am very happy to share that I am doing well and making this website after four months my transplant. Be brave and take a step to improve your life, go for transplant and start your life again.
